Service Description
The Strategy Intensive is a focused, in-depth session designed to give you direction and a plan you can actually follow; without second-guessing everything. This approach has helped clients move from inconsistent marketing to steady, higher-quality enquiries. Whether you’ve been trying lots of things with little return, or you know you need to “do marketing properly” but don’t know where to start; this session will help you reset. What’s included: 1. Pre-session questionnaire Before we meet, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your business, your current marketing, and what you’re trying to achieve. 2. 1:1 Strategy Session (2–3 hours) This can be in person or online. We’ll work through: Your current marketing (what’s working and what’s not) Your positioning and messaging Your target audience and customer journey Where you should be focusing your time and budget This is practical, honest, and tailored to your business. 3. Your Strategy Deck After the session, I’ll create a clear, structured strategy deck for you. This gives you: A defined direction Key priorities Campaign and content ideas A plan you can implement yourself or with support 4. Strategy Presentation I’ll present the strategy back to you (and your team, if relevant), so everyone is aligned and clear on next steps. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To make sure every session delivers real value (and respects everyone’s time), please read the booking policy below before confirming your session. 1. Booking The Main Stage & The Headliner sessions are paid in two parts; 50% at the time of booking as a deposit and 50% just before the event takes place. The Spotlight is paid in full at the time of booking. Your session is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in the session being forfeited. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the time, preparation, and diary space required, sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may request to reschedule (see above). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time will be charged in full. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready to go. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be treated as a no-show. 5. No-Shows If you do not attend your session and have not provided notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered. 6. Preparation & Participation To get the most out of your session, you will be asked to complete a pre-session questionnaire or share access to relevant marketing assets. Your results depend on honest input, openness to feedback, and active participation during the session. 7. Outcomes & Expectations This session is strategic, practical, and tailored - but implementation is your responsibility unless additional services are agreed. While I’ll give you clear direction, actions, and next steps, results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on execution, budget, and market factors. 8. Respect & Professional Conduct I’m here to support and challenge you - respectfully. Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the session being terminated without refund. Final Note These sessions are designed to create clarity, momentum, and confidence in your marketing - not just “a nice chat.” By booking, you agree to the policy above and commit to showing up ready to move your business forward.
